Mobile Solutions Technical Assistance and Research (mSTAR)
The FHI 360 Mobile Solutions Technical Assistance (mSTAR) project is a broad, flexible and responsive technical assistance and action learning program that will foster the rapid adoption and scale-up of mobile money, mobile access and mobile data in developing countries. Ultimately, mSTAR seeks to increase access to and the availability and use of mobile technologies by the poor, civil society, local government institutions and private-sector stakeholders.
